Fern has spent most of his adult life in the service industry. For the better part of a decade, he has spent it behind a bar. The adrenaline, the creativity, and camaraderie amongst industry people has captivated him since the beginning. When he turned 28 years old, he decided to quit drinking. However, his passion for creating something that people could enjoy never left him. When Climbing Kites was created Fern knew there could be a way for people such as himself to still create and enjoy beverages, without the necessity of alcohol. That is how this project was born. A beverage for people who just want to do things differently.
