Ingredients

Jalapeno, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon
Base:
Orange Mango

Lemon Wedge

RECIPE:

1 oz Lemon
1 oz Orange
1 oz Pineapple
1.25 oz Jalapeño Syrup ✦
Shake & Strain
Half Scoop Fresh Ice / Top & Stir CK
Served in Pint Glass with Lemon Wedge

Combine one ounce of fresh squeezed lemon, orange, and pineapple juice in a glass with ice. Add one and a quarter ounce of jalapeño syrup. Add ice, stir, and top with Orange Mango Climbing Kites. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!

✦ Jalapeño Syrup Recipe:

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
⅓ Cup of Sliced Jalapeños

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jalapeño slices. Cover and set aside to steep for 30 minutes. Once the solution is at room temperature, strain out jalapeño slices.

*Note* Strain out the jalapeño slices if you want a more mild solution (just the essence of jalapeño), and leave jalapeño slices in solution if you would like a high spice level.
