3 Tablespoons of Lavender Buds OR 5 Fresh Sprigs of Lavender
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Water
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lavender. Cover and set aside to steep for 30 minutes. Once the solution is at room temperature, strain out lavender.
15-20 Peeled & Seeded Lychees
2-3 Tablespoons of Sugar
3 Cups Water
To peel lychee, use your fingers to pull the skin away from the fruit’s flesh. You can also use a knife to score the skin of the lychee and then peel it away.
Add the fruit, 3 cups of water, and sweetener to the blender. Puree on high until it’s completely smooth, about 1 minute. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. With the back of a wooden spoon, press the back of a ladle to extract as much juice as possible, then discard the leftover pulp. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
