1 oz Agave
.5 oz Jalapeño Syrup
3 Shakes Taijin
Shake / Strain
Add Fresh Ice / Top & Stir CK
Served in Pint Glass with Lime Wedge
Add one ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice and agave syrup in a mixing glass. Combine with two ounces of mango juice and a half ounce of jalapeño syrup. Add three shakes of Tajin seasoning and ice. Stir all contents and strain into a fresh glass with ice. Top with Passionfruit Pineapple Climbing Kites. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
4 Cups Cubed Mangos
3 Cups of Water
1-2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Add the fruit, 3 cups of water, and sweetener to the blender. Puree on high until it’s completely smooth, about 1 minute. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. This isn’t required, but it does help to remove some sediment. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
